Sorint.lab is an international IT company focused on professional services with branches in Italy, Spain, UK, France, Germany, Poland, and US. They have partnerships with dozens of the top cloud, software, and hardware vendors, including Amazon Web Services (AWS). As they worked to scale their business with AWS, they faced increased complexity accurately billing their customers for their monthly AWS consumption, especially with their Public Sector customers which have special requirements in terms of the details required in each monthly invoice. Sorint.lab was realizing benefits from having their customers consolidated under a dedicated payer account, but this also added complexity to the process of creating a separate monthly invoice for each customer.

Sorint.lab found the solution to their challenges in the TD SYNNEX StreamOne Ion Enterprise (SIE) platform. SIE provides all the data and details necessary to quickly calculate AWS consumption for each customer and invoice them on a monthly basis with customizations to support local standards and specific customer requirements. Sorint.lab accesses these details through the SIE console online and is in the process of evaluating the integration of the SIE APIs with their billing system to streamline the AWS invoicing process even further.

Since establishing their relationship with TD SYNNEX and implementing the SIE platform, Sorint.lab has grown their AWS business by more than 150% and doubled their AWS customer base. Based on this success, they are increasing their investment in the AWS partnership and ramping up their direct sales efforts around AWS with a focus on the complex Public Sector.
