About Diana
Diana Weber joined Tech Data as the Transformation Agile Practice Leader, responsible for supporting Tech Data’s Agile journey, establishing the Agile Center of Excellence (COE) and driving Agile maturity in the organization working with both business and IT teams. Diana is a very experienced Enterprise Agile Practitioner with over 12 years Agile experience starting in the DOD Industry. She was an integral part of Valpak’s fully scaled Agile transformation, which led her to become an Enterprise Agile Consultant working with various global clients in the healthcare, financial, and education industries. Diana is certified as a PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner, ICAgile Certified Professional in Agility in the Enterprise, Tech Data Prosci Change Management Practitioner certified, and is currently in a pioneer cohort for the first of its kind expert level Enterprise Agile Coach Master Class.
Diana also brings with her extensive project management, change management, organizational efficiency and organization restructure experience, and facilitation. Diana is also an Open Space Technology facilitator as well as a freelance writer/journalist who has been published in numerous newspapers, magazines, online forums, and is an active blogger. She is currently writing a book.
While her main passion is to influence culture at Tech Data through Transformation, she is thrilled to connect with our partner community to share best practices and how this framework and approach can optimize how your team and business operates.
