I am a Field Solution Architect for IBM Cloud at TD SYNNEX and I have worked in the IT field for over 20 years. Starting with the United Stated Army as a Signal Support Specialist and an Information Systems Operator Analyst concentrating in Computer Network defense. While serving in the Army Reserves, I also started at Avnet Inc. as a Configuration Specialist, I was involved in running configuration for partners for IBM Power and Storage brands that IBM released to the market. There, I successfully managed and processed request that came into my organization, before finding my current post at Tech Data as a Solution Architect.
